This morning our truck stopped about 200 m in front of the Elbe tunnel, because there was obviously condensation in the tank, which is frozen and clogged the pipes. The truck was on the right side of the stand strip. The police ordered that the vehicle be towed immediately. I would have preferred to look for the cause of the emergency stop first. May the police order the towing? ( It will probably cost to the 1,000 € )
