Hi guys! Today, when I looked at my winter tires, I noticed too little air pressure. A measurement at the petrol station then resulted in pressures of 1.5 to 1.7 bar, instead of the recommended 2.1 bar. Annoying is that I changed the wheels yesterday in my workshop (Winterchek offer incl. wheel change) and had an optional 30,000 km – service carried out. So I paid 204 euros for this so that I can then adjust the air pressure myself at the petrol station!? of the fact that “control of the tyres” was explicitly part of the “winter check” offer, a tyre pressure control is in my opinion a matter of course with every service. Furthermore, I do not need to mention that too low tyre pressure represents a safety risk. Furthermore, I doubt that the door seals were conserved (also part of the “winter check” offer), since otherwise the smell of the silicone spray would have been noticed. I can’t check my car afterwards. I don’t want to mention that the contents of my service booklet folder were scattered on the passenger seat and the glove compartment was open when I accepted my car again. Admittedly, a little something – it contributes to the sloppy impression! I complained to my car dealership by phone and now by e-mail. For years I have been putting my trust in this workshop, misbrauc It is now! Nowadays you really have to put yourself in the workshop and see if everything is done, for which you pay!! Sorry, I’m upset about grrrrr
