Hello ! I have experienced something today, which may not necessarily be dramatic but nevertheless very serious. Here are the facts: Had agreed for today an appointment for the 50K inspection, with the request to get a rental/test car, because I have pulled V70R and XC90 into the short choice, but both have not yet “experienced”. Service acceptance etc. as always, no objection to it. Then comes the hammer, the service staff tells me that they have a rental car specially for me from a r car rental has been brought. I think briefly about which car rental Volvos has, but I don’t have one. Don’t have to, because it’s a Toyota Corolla! Something else was not there and all the test cars are on the road or in other branches. Since I’m not so fit in the morning, I don’t have a lot of it right away! When I picked up mine again, I felt my displeasure again, which was of course very sorry, but was not too changeable. I’m still very happy about the passing of the Verkaeufer, which I didn’t sell the V70. He didn’t feel very sorry for his arrogant “Premium” way either. He probably thought “I showed it to him now. I didn’t buy a V70 at first, but then want to test XC90.” And turns to another customer who wants to take a V50 to the test! (By the way, when I pick up the car a lot of Volvos with “VC” in the license mark!) In the parking lot) I have paid, with the indication that I will then – although I am really very satisfied with the service – look for another workshop, if a seller is not able to handle a usefully with a potential customer. Even if you don’t buy then it can still fit the next time. So I have actually experienced it so far with my car caucus. The only annoying is that within a radius of approx. 60 km no other car is available. And because of this arrogant, nice seller, I don’t want to let myself be spoiled by the joy of Volvos. What do you think? What would you do? I would like to write a complaint letter to the management of the group, since I have heard from others who were “distributed” with the intention of Volvo! And I think that the money earned with service is also good money, right?
