Hello community, I stumbled over this forum some time ago and was able to follow the one or other interesting topic. Now I have a little concern myself and hope that some of the other may give me some helpful information or experiences. Since February 10, 2009, i.e. just under four weeks, I am in possession of a “new factory” Dacia Sandero 1.4 MPI. I would like to say that I am proud of my new companion but my initial Euphoria lay already within the first half hour after the transfer of the vehicle. The order and processing of the order alone cost me a few weeks and especially nerves because the “seller” pressed on me did not exactly testify of professional competence. The first two orders had to be cancelled due to a “disposition error” … In addition, I now have a flame red instead of coment grey sandero standing at the door because the said seller n and I finally wanted to spare myself further trouble. =/ Well, a consolation is at least that the above-mentioned seller is no longer working there… RIGHT !!! …he was probably still one of the probation time. Immediately after the handover of the sandero, which took place in the meantime at light dusk, I first drove to the nearest gas station to refuel my new car. While I am standing there I notice a strange leak break near the Tan River. kklappe. At first I thought it might be residues of some preperates that are used in the vehicle preparation. Finally, this turned out to be a small bump the next morning after more detailed examination. -.- Well, I contacted my dealer directly by phone and it was said that I should come by with the car to check the defect first. So two days later I went to clarify the facts. On the way to the I then also found out that the cuff on the shift bag was also constantly loosened. On site at the AH I then directly complained about both defects and pointed out a correction. At the beginning I was informed: “Cuff on the shift bag – YES, bump near the tank flap – NO”. On 20.02.2009 the cuff was replaced and another seller explained after an extensive discussion to let the bump remove what then also happened on 23.02.2009. Now w I was happy and happy about my new car… …at least for the next four days. Because suddenly the engine or the gearbox started to ratter quite loudly. Louder than the first two weeks and above all louder than in the car I was allowed to test before. That with a counter level of about 400 km… o.o. I am unfortunately lay and had no idea what exactly it could be. So on Monday 02.03.2009 again to the AH to have the problem checked. M I was told I would only imagine the ratter or it was all right and it had to be everything the way it is. I pointed out that there was a longer ride and I did not want to risk any engine damage or the like. Quotation: “No, don’t worry about it.” Well, travel to the Sauerland was as planned last week Friday. In order to spare the new engine and to comply with the recommendations in the operating instructions I am quite casual with approx. 120 km/h on the A2. After about 250 km I suddenly notice a jerking in connection with a strong braking effect. So I drove to the rest area and first turned off the engine and waited… After some time I started the ride again and there was nothing unusual to notice. Funny, funny… On the night on Thursday we went back to Berlin. Grad on the A115 drove the same problem as described above. Again stopped moter parked and waited… This time, however, with max. 70 – 80 km/h, if not something the first should be with the engine. At the last 10 KM I could listen to a subliminal roar from time to time, which became louder shortly in front of the front door. The next day, one could now hear a clear roaring & ratters in idle and during the drive to the AH occasionally also quite other not localizable sounds. In addition l In my opinion, the engine is not completely round anymore and the performance has dropped enormously. Of course, it could not be anything first and I got an appointment. -.- So back home and on the occasion just past the gas station to spray the Sandero with the high-pressure cleaner to remove the coarse dirt. High-pressure cleaner therefore to spare the new paint… Is finally the first laundry… Yes, it was clear… the next shock. The paint has changed its colour in a magical way and has become a lot brighter. Especially on the driver side this is clearly visible if you compare it with the front apron… o.O I uploaded a photo as an attachment to it. Anyway, I gave the Sandero earlier to the dealer to have the above mentioned defects as well as some other problems corrected. -.- I was told for all evil that it is normal that the e front apron can deviate from the paint paint. You wouldn’t change it because it’s not a “guarantee case”. I can understand that there can be small variations in the colour nuance but not sooo extreme. And above all the difference on the driver side is far more pronounced than on the rest of the car. Now I would like to hear the opinion of the one or other user here in the forum. Maybe someone has already made similar infarctions and can give me a little bit of a feeling. Especially the thing with the paint paint annoys me enormously because I would have accepted the car so NEVER had the plant or the vehicle preparation not nicely covered the whole.
