Hello, during the approach with VCDS to the topic “non-functioning soft-close driver door” I had read that the actuator diagnosis is done in the menu comfort control unit. Oh yes, GP2, EZ11/09. It was also done until the entry “motor for central locking driver door (V56); LOCK” There it hangs, no progress after half an hour. Several times tried (and iii always I have to close the tank flap again, what for unnecessary procedures 🙂 ) Selective diagnosis is not possible. How? It is meant the ZV motor, not the softclose motor, right? Even if the problem is 98% of the microswitch, I would like to make a diagnosis. Is there another possibility besides the sequential procedure? Where can I take out V56? That’s how ‘self-locked’ hangs and you can’t get any further. edit: with the hire handle the button is dead. Can it have an influence? Then still: With the extended values “Interior door – handle button” says unacted, even if I use it exterior door handle grip says actuated when I pull it.
