850 timing belts for 8 years – EVERYTHING to change?

Hello all, I have a 96’er 850 LW 2.5 10v. The last entry in the service checkbook for the timing belt change is at 240.000 km. That was still from the previous owner in 11/2006. Supposedly he also got a new cylinder head, which I can’t tell. Now I am 7.5 years later at 297,000 km, so just 60,000 more. Kilometerwise the next change is still far from it, but in time (every 8 years). The “free” told me that he would have to get there with 450-500 €, but “how does that work with the Volvo he would have to think about for the first time”. Great. I have the choice between borrowing and bad handicraft work. First question: Does everything have to be changed after 8 years despite the “only” 60.000km (rolling, water pump etc) or does the timing belt suffice? Second question: Is there a workshop somewhere on the southern edge of the Ruhr region (Hagen-Wuppe) rtal-Düsseldorf) has the idea of VOLVO and does not charge according to factory gross price list?
