Can Ducati Sport Classic license plate leave in front of the rear wheel and spray protection?

Hello community, I would like to buy a new motorcycle soon, I would have thought of the beautiful Ducati Sport Classic!http://www.abload.de/thumb/2006-ducati-1000-sporwsk75.jpg However, since the oversized exhaust and first and foremost the plate holder with spray protection are incredibly disruptive, I wanted to remodel the Ducati about like this (marks hang in the bottom, remove splash protection and smaller exhaust)http://www.abload.de/thumb/01_jsjokt3.jpg htt p://www.abload.de/thumb/00_jsoijpu.jpg Now to my questions: 1. Can I even hang the license plate so far down here in Germany? At least it is visible! But is that allowed? 2. Can I drive around in Germany without spray protection at all? There are many who do this, especially the Harley drivers, so that you can see the thick rear wheel. But can I remove the spray protection without any problems and can I get through the Tüv with it? I have different opinions g listen, some say, “No, you can’t drive without splash protection, even if you come through the tuv with it, you could have smeared one there, so it’s punishable despite registration.” And the others say, “Of course you can drive without splash protection, if you have a friend at the tuv, you get it so registered, then the policemen can’t do anything afterwards. Registered and finished”. So what’s right now? 3. I would love to have a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of fun. An alternative would be the Zard exhaust! http://www.ducati.kaemna.de/pic/tuning//jrgenstappert1000.jpg However, I don’t like the upper rear silencer. Is it also in the design that both pipes end only in the lower rear silencer? Just like on this picture:http://www.ducati.ms/…/…fighter-blk-streetfighter-stage-5-copy.jpg Or are there other similar alternatives? I would like to thank you in advance for your answers 🙂 Best regards
