I have a 95’s Heritage Softail Classic (35,000km). When starting (with Choke) it starts badly (5 to 6 times) and pretends that every single valve still has to be brought to life; after that it turns round, but has dropouts under load when giving gas, and that is as fierce as if you are sitting on a wild horse. If I let it run with pulled Choke in idle mode, it does as if it wasn’t at all; runs round, even and bubbling like this. . All problems resolve in the air as soon as it is warm (also the starting problems). What do you think about it?
