Hello, I drive a Berlingo B9, BlueHDI120, BJ. 2015. After I had the usual AdBlue problems last winter (pressure too low/high) and after a lot of research with an AdBlue-additive and repeated reset of the counter got under control (for 10 months error-free!), the Eoys-pump gave up the mind a month ago. This is now changed, but since then (since when exactly I don’t know) the DeNox-system does not speak anymore: Error U029D 87, no communication with the DeNox system. Unfortunately, the KM counter can no longer be reset… I am faced with the following problems/questions: – How can I get the AdBlue tank removed? When I release all the screws, the tank depends on the filling nozzle of the diesel tank. As far as I can see, I would have to remove the diesel tank or at least remove the supply line. First, the diesel would run out completely, second, the connection does not look dismountable at all… – According to my research, the data lines of the CAN bus would have to be approx. 2.5V each. If the AdBlue tank is plugged down, I measure 3.3V and 1.7V. All other devices speak well with the car. If the tank is plugged in, I measure 2.5V and 2.5V (e.g. on the plug of the Nox sensor). So the tank changes the voltages on the bus (sounds bad), but to the expected values! Here someone knows more, which values are in order, which devices still hang on the bus (and may be to blame) n) etc.? I’m still afraid of the cost of a new tank, as long as I can’t say for sure that the tank (or the internal control unit) is to blame, or as long as I can’t look at the control unit, if only one relay is defective, which I can replace… LG, Wolfgang
