Bridging – Motorcycle goes off completely when ignition

Hello, I seem to be doing something wrong, please tell me something. I want to bridge my motorcycle from the car (both 12V). The battery on the motorcycle is so very empty, which does not even light the neutral light. I proceed as follows: 1) Red cable to PlusPol at the car. 2) Other end of the red cable to the plus pole of the motorcycle. 3) Black cable to the mass (not the minus pole of the battery because of banging gas) from the car. 4) Other end of the black cable to the minus pole at the motorcycle (would have ic h should also use mass because of banging gas on the motorcycle battery? 5) Car turn on, consumers on the car (ventilation, heating, radio, light) turn off, car engine runs 6) Ignition position on the motorcycle, the neutral lamp starts to flicker and finally lights up, also the position lights from the motto wheel unfold their “luminosity” 7) Ignition on the motorcycle press –> *popp* everything from the motto wheel, no neutral lamp, no position lights, no Muchs, car continues to run 8) Ignition position o ff on the motorcycle 9) Checked fuses (as far as I found them on the battery were 4-5 pieces (one could have been a replacement)), nothing seems burned 10) new attempt, ignition position on, the lights go back slowly on 11) see 7, this time with a little spark on the black cable on the car (if that happens that it strikes sparks, is that normal or have I obviously done something wrong?) 12) 8 and 9 Repeated, this time the lights on the motorcycle didn’t go m The next thing I want to do is try to charge the motorcycle battery with a charger and try it again without bridging it. But I don’t understand why this is not possible, should it have nothing to do with the battery, even if it was empty or if I would bridge it directly to the pole connections from the motorcycle without a battery, would the box have to go on or not? What happens here and what happens? Thank you for your reply.
