Hello I had my car in repair at the car dealership. Is finally practically such a hol-and-bring service… …only the employee who wanted to bring us back the car thought, he hops over a curb and mows down a (pretty expensive) fence. Car economic total damage and the fence is not quite as good anymore. Now it’s about who pays the damage to the fence The car dealership insurance thinks that my insurance should pay. In compensation want to d he somehow calculates what the upgrading (from 45% to 60% !!!) costs me over the next 7 years or so, and then pays me out. I have the feeling, however, that I end up with minus. In addition, I actually change the insurance every year and you always have to specify whether one has caused a damage in the last 2 years, which means again higher contributions. Besides, I miss the argument, I would have finally in the last 20 years no accident built (bla bla) These are all far too many disadvantages to me and I would like the car dealership to pay the damage to the fence white one of you looks like the legal and what I have for possibilities? Best any § or something I can hold under the car dealership’s nose. I am grateful for all the tips and help. Thank you Quicks
