Carburettor problems with KTM 250 EXC

Tach first time. I have a medium to big problem with my Ktm 250 EXC Bj.99. Engine is open and has full power. I had the problem that I was constantly sprite out of gas. With open petrol tap and with the smallest movement of the motorad. I opened the carburettor and saw that the lever of the swimmer showed already slight signs of wear and thus the petrol level in the float chamber was too high. Was also no problem lever minimally high I don’t have a plan anymore why. First I thought that I might have bent too much so that I didn’t get enough gasoline in the chamber so I undo it again. But still the same problem. No muck makes it. Gasoline arrives at the front. Candle is new air filter also cleaned. So slowly I turn through:-( . If there is a possibility that the valve is more likely to be closed. Tricks at the carburettor installation what you have to pay special attention to? Or do you have to ventilate something at the carburettor is a thousand drain hoses? Is anyway n Kehin slide slider carburettor. I would be very grateful for any advice! Thanks in advance!
