Hello, suppose someone stuck with the car at the garage. Then this would have to be a case for his car liability, wouldn’t it? Further on, the person shows himself uncooperatively, then I could use the central call and the license plate to investigate the insurance and contact me directly, is that still right? If so, how does that go on? Estimate, evaluator, can one also fictitiously calculate instead of having the damage repaired?
