Greetings, after a long time I also have something to write again. It is about my not even 6 month old Laguna 3 Grandtour. On our rented pitches I have a more or less nice 68-year-old lady standing next to me, which leaves me quite regularly orange paint marks on my car. I have often addressed them, but it doesn’t seem to be really bright. A few days ago, however, it didn’t stay with the tracks, but there were 2 dents in the ne uen car m1 m1 m1 . I immediately approached you, we opened your driver’s door and it fitted directly into the fresh dent. She admitted it then and verbally admitted that I should have it repaired – she then paid the bill. Since that was too uncertain to me, I wrote the whole thing in writing and threw it into the mailbox with the request for a signature. Did you then address yesterday on the signature – before still very red-souling she just got into her car and I assume that her commitment to take over the costs is therefore obsolete. Now the patience or understanding had slowly disappeared. Finally, she damaged my car and did not report to me. That’s what they call a driver’s escape. Damage height is between 150 and 200€ if you let the dents out. I gave up an ad for accident escape last night after the nice encounter. What else can you advise me to do? e Claims also assert civil law. Greetings
