Hello guys, the following problem happened a few days ago: I parked my beautiful BMW E30 in a public parking lot when I came back I saw a green note stuck on the windscreen (the officials must therefore have recognized 100% the existing badge) Conclusion: Driving without an environmental badge. However, I have placed the badge clearly visible on the dashboard (as can be seen on the picture). Now also arrived the writing of the city, punishment s ind 40€ + 1 point. Now my question I can proceed against it somehow, with a warning money I would have been still agreed but to get the same punishment as a car which has no badge at all I find in my opinion totally exaggerated and pure money-abzockerei. About helpful answers I would be very happy.
