Funny SF regulation that leaves many questions unanswered

First of all, a good day doesn’t explain me for stupid or scapegoaty, but I’ve never experienced anything like that before. The following problem.I had to run with an insurance company, my car like 5 other insurance companies. There was, among other things, my SF class 6. Driver’s license is 2010 .Since these have now changed all the consultants and the new, me constantly called for new contracts, I have cancelled this insurance within the time limit. lbst offer, and this runs over the HUK. Everything as far as ok.You wanted to see old contracts etc.It was registered at contract conclusion SF 7. With the please to take over this as well. The further was a damage freedom year with specified by the consultant. This is part of the new insurance. So that you are not regraded in the first accident. And now comes what sounds like from a fairy tale. 2 weeks after request I asked when a police comes. What car is logically insured.First post as discussed on the spot was debited.4 days later I had a slight accident at the park. The insurance took over this .2 weeks later I get the police. It’s in there SF 1/2 . On that I am to the consultant to ask what this should be. He phoned the HUK and said as follows. The old insurance only passed SF 3. The SF 7 was only with the so since I had more contracts. And then why did SF 1/2 have this free year. Then he said that the old insurance only gave SF 3 further, does not apply the year since this is only starting from SF 4. I have to say that sounds funny to me.Had already paid a contribution and waited for the new.Payment is 1/4 year. You had to debit in Feb 2018 .Until April 2018 nobody debited. On many questions was told that they sent me mail which could not be asked.Ma Now 4 days ago a letter came where it says that they want to have 638 euros from Feb to today. Well, seriously is this all so right? My car doesn’t come through the TÜV wants nothing more stuck in it.If I have to take this insurance again if I have a new one?Or is the contract expired if the car is registered? The amount I want to pay of course would be great if a hel fen may:
