Hello, after a long time back and forth I gave myself a bandit 600 F for Christmas. EZ 07/97, 27500 km driven at 4 (!) previous owners, all born in the 60s. The machine was introduced from abroad (probably Poland, because the first two previous owners have Polish sounding names). She was throttled in between and was reopened She has TÜV until 06/09, new repairs, everything made etc. With suitcase back I paid 2590,-. I am now very unsiche r, if I have not caught a shopkeeper (which the bandit is not…) maybe you can calm me down: she is of course quite old, you still have to pull the clutch with you when starting, also in idle – the dealer said that this is normal with those (which I can’t imagine…!) I also have to turn on light by hand, I know that differently. Well, these are getting used to things, I hope. For that can’t break so much electronics, mechanics would I’m more likely to repair – WHEN at all… What irritates me the most is that sometimes it doesn’t find the first gear or idling, OBWOHl I’m in the second gear. It feels like a rubber-like resistance in the way, And: Sometimes it ends up in idle after starting instead of in the second gear. And of course I thought too late about why 4 previous owners in 10 years only drive a total of about 28000 km with the machine. Am I now paranoid or what about it? at my gut feeling?
