Very unusual. On Monday morning, my wife and I want to go to work. Ignition key only goes in to about 3/4. Well, turn a little left on the steering wheel…….nothing to do. Key does not go in. My wife with taxi to work. I’m back in….operation manual studies..possibly reset key….nothing to find. Since the car is only 2.5 years young (new purchase EZ 11/2011, CRV Automatic Executive ), there is still a mobility guarantee. Honda emergency number ang 30 minutes later the ADAC was there. He also tried…. keys don’t go in. He then with force! Key is in and engine starts. OK. But now: keys don’t go out anymore. I to the friendly HH Heinen in Do-Hörde. He didn’t have anything like that. Get a car rental–Zündschloss is to be changed. Next day call: car is ready to pick up, Zünschloss has been changed. Since the key didn’t get out even a new key. st just: No one could give me concrete information now what actually happened there.
