Hello, I parked in a parking lot (blue sign with white P). Untr the sign was attached the additional sign “paying fee”. There was a parking ticket machine at about 50 m distance. I did not draw a parking ticket, because then the additional sign “Parking ticket” or “only with parking ticket” should have been attached (according to StVO). A fee obligation arises only if a person collects this fee. But now I got a ticket anyway. Is this right? M.M. nac h not or is a person capable of a certain statement in this field of law?
