Good evening, I would be interested in what is coming to me after a New Year’s crash. I lost control of my vehicle on my way home on a country road and crashed into the ditch. It was a stupid idea, no question. But I thought that everything was going well and that about 10 kilometers would not be a big challenge. Unfortunately, a few minutes later a civil patrol came along, took off the accident and I had to take my driver’s license. The result does not give a good idea: 1.8 promille, as well as cocaine, THC, possibly also amphetamines. First it is advisable to use a lawyer. But can someone tell me at a flat rate and without guarantee what I have to expect? I am very worried that the driving licence could be withdrawn for the longer term. However, I am also professionally instructed to use my lobbies because my workplace is far away from any connection to public transport. The vehicle is a leasing vehicle. Can anyone say what it looks like in this case with the assumption of damages by the comprehensive insurance? Desperate greetings Martin
