Hi people, small (big??) problem: I am accused of having committed the following about 2 weeks ago: 1. Overtaking ban disregards after signs 276 2. when overtaking the restricted area used according to signs 298 Evidence: Testimony from the Police Commissioner 1. the thing is that I absolutely do not remember a overtaking process 2 weeks ago. 2. the car is used by several family members; sometimes also a good colleague…. If I was and I knew it would ic h certainly admit it, no question at all… But what should I do now in such a case as mine? Someone ideas, tips, experiences or anything else???
