What is always surprising to me as an everyday cyclist: Why do so many drivers not get the chance to overtake cyclists on the road properly? Unfortunately, this is felt to be 50%, which does not get this to stand up. In doing so, there are regularly minimum overtaking distances below (half speedometer in direction + min. 1,50m to the side), it is overtaken in unclear traffic situation (with simultaneous oncoming traffic, over pedestrian crossings, estuaries and intersections or it will hardly be a time advantage worked out because one wants to turn at the next or the next estuary. In such cases this is rarely more than 10 seconds advantage. Just: Why?
