Hello together, I’ve already looked through pretty much everything abe rnicht gefunden. I caused an accident on 30.09.14. I missed a car, what was going on and it crashed. On the spot the police explained to me that I was to blame (OK, I knew that too), but I didn’t say anything about it. I was also told that I was being investigated. I left the whole thing to my lawyer on the same evening. On 07.10.14 I got a hearing sheet as a judge. I also gave it and it was said that I will not comment on it at the present time. My lawyer also told me that there is this 3 month deadline, which starts at the moment where I was instructed to initiate proceedings against me. This was already done on 30.09.14. Even if you let go the deadline of 7.10.14 would therefore end the deadline on 06.01.15. Today I got a letter where the fine notice was transferred to me. . Am I right that the 3 month deadline has now been exceeded by them? VG Tobi
