Have a good day to all the readers! I am increasingly feeling guilty when I travel through Berlin with my Diesel-Touareg. Especially since it is becoming more and more likely that there will be lockouts in Berlin or other inner cities in the short to medium term. If I manage to store my equipment in the back of a Prius 4, then that would probably be the only vehicle that goes technologically in the right direction: full hybrid with low consumption without direct injection, So good CO2 balance, no fine dust and no nitrogen oxide problem. Does the aspect remain that it is a Japanese car, which will possibly be unpleasant to my clients from politics, associations and business. I am really very sensitive because I am 100 percent dependent on my external impact. Is one perceived with a Prius as a traitor to the German economy or as particularly innovative and responsible? Are there any arguments that I aside from technical data, should my decision be taken into account? To what extent does the overall balance of the vehicle deteriorate if it is driven halfway around the world on a large ship with thousands of other cars? Do I have to worry about the fact that in Japan the working conditions are good, but there is still a lot of catching up to do in terms of “unifying work and family” and “more opportunities for women to participate in a career”? Or can you just book it under “other countries, other customs”? Matthias
