Question about warranty

Huhu her Mit-Volvisti! So, my C30 caused me problems several times… One of them was a damage to the cathedral camps. However, in 2009 one was waved, because the guarantee (connection Pro) did not take over this, I only had the capped on the passenger side replaced. After that this noise was completely gone. Volvo (my dealer as well as the importer Volvo Cars DE) came to me. Instead of 100% I had to carry only 20% of the total cost (just got me the bill). I changed the driver’s side, because there was a lot of noise here. Now it is quiet again on the driver’s side but the passenger side now makes these noises again or still (if necessary it was overwashed by the sound of the right camp). Now the question is: I paid for the repair. After a year the noise has occurred again. The manufacturer or the dealer has to still offer guarantee / warranty – or? I mean, there is still a problem on the part of the driver. EU guidelines, according to which then 2 years guarantee/guarantee are to be granted. Before I find my dealer (complete exchange costs normal around 120€ – I had paid now again!) and make me laugh with demands that are wrong, I ask you rather – certainly you have also experienced similar repairs… Is there a “right” on it? Greetings Damien * who has put up to today about 700€ in repairs of his MJ 2007 C30s*
