Re-starter Transalp

Hi, I intend to take part again after almost 15 years of motor-adler abstinence. If I am “at that time” rather on MZ ETZ 150 (well, but this is true today rather as a light motorcycle than as a motorcycle) and later sporadic times on a BMW GS 650, it should now be a machine that I have always liked visually: the Transalp. More precisely the XL 650 V, last years of construction (as from 2006). On the usual suspicious sides (www.transalp.de e.g.) I have myself A few questions: With a height of 180 cm, step height approx. 80 cm, weight approx. 95 kg – do I come clear with the part or is the seat (despite adjustability) too high? In some ads on e.g. mobile.de you can find this model with ABS… If it seems to be a lousy display, there is no problem with this model. So 5 – 6 T€ I want to spend. For insurance (with my insurer and registration from 03-10) it should cost (with 100% contribution) HPF 122 Euro, TK 37 Euro. Tax costs p.a. approx. 50 Euro. To this question the question: If the Fzg is only allowed from 03 – 10, would the tax have to cost only 2/3 of the annual amount?? Are there anything remarkable, special flaws to pay attention to when buying? For some advice For your part, I would be grateful!
