Then I have a second question: The opposing insurance company paid me the money for the damage I received from the insurance company due to an expert’s report from a car repair shop to which I sold my vehicle unrepaired. Now the expert wants to pass on the money for the damage I paid from the insurance company to him completely. et. In this case, do I have to transfer the full amount to the evaluator?
