Hello together! I took over my 2 month old Kamiq presenter 3 days ago and now try to connect with SkodaConnect every day via the infotainment system. In the app I am shown a code to become main users that I have to enter in the infotainment system and no matter how often I try it, the message “The vehicle activation failed. The PIN has been entered wrong. Please try again.” : – Deleted the car from the garage and re-registered with the FIN – Deleted and re-installed the app – Deleted my complete user in the app and re-registered me – Completely reset and re-installed the infotainment system Unfortunately none of these steps were successful and the problem with the alleged wrong pin persists. Does anyone know the problem and has a solution ready?
