Hello together! First of all, we have a Opel Corsa C (BJ 2003) next to our Opel Astra K, which has no TÜV since July/August and which we cannot/want to go through. We are dependent on two vehicles, therefore something new has to come up. – We are still at the very beginning of our family planning and we agree that we will buy a Skoda Octavia IV (combi, 2.0 tdi) (the brand new model) as a famlia and pendulum car. – We are laying In general, we don’t want to buy a new car, but rather we would prefer an annual car or a young used car – only because of the purchase price. So we need a new car very soon, which is to become an Octavia IV – but best not as a expensive new car and actually we need the size even when the offspring is there… —————————————————————————————————- So, now al so to our questions – the attentive reader has certainly already identified the dilemma. — 1. EU new car Skoda Octiavia IV order now or used compact car Buy/leasen (transitional) and an annual car/young used Octavia IV? 2. EU new car vs. annual car = same price level according to experience? 3. If transitional compact car: buy and sell leases (12 months) or used privately? 4. How would YOU decide? And why? — We have so far only bought by private and “older” used ones, therefore do us very hard with these questions/decisions. Thank you in advance! Fabinger
