Moin to all here I was stopped yesterday with the accusation that I had driven far too fast. On the road is usually allowed 100, due to Rollsplitt but only 40. I drove about 65, was constantly overtaken (since there was no rollsplit anymore, only the signs were still standing). Suddenly a gulf drove close behind me, sat n blue light on the roof and they stopped me. He accused me of having driven 80. To my question if he had this on any photos e I don’t want to deny that I drove too fast, but not too fast. (I’ll make sure that if at all I drive so fast that there are no points). I’m going to appeal, I wanted to hear your opinions/own experiences, how my chances were to be proven, he said no, he determined that he was going to follow it up. For me this means after deductions (20%) n fine and 1 point. It seems to me that 80 is arbitrarily fixed. It is only about 4 kmh that there is no point. MfG
