Too small for motorcycle license?

Hello guys, I or rather my girlfriend has a problem… She’s 16 and wants to make a motorcycle license. The problem is, she’s 1.56m tall and weighs 46Kg… She’s finished the theory so far (test is still missing) and now she’s had the first 4 driving hours on a farm. She told her teacher that she’s quite small and that there might be problems… but he said that it’s already going on and she’s looking… she was sitting on the smallest machine she’d ever seen. now she had her first 4 driving hours with another teacher and she got along well… Starting and braking were no problem and curves went too. She also had a slalom in the stepmpo and a 30 km/h slalom and came through well without putting on or a hat and was often praised by the driving teacher… now came a call that the driving teacher spoke to the boss (because of concerns) and the driving school offers now no further She herself was well understood and praised…. Why was she praised and had no problems, but now it is said after the 4th driving hour that she was too small? Why was it not noticed in the first two hours of the bends and the braking and starting exercises? and above all… Why did the teacher go to the boss after the first 2 hours and did the 3rd and 4th hours of the race. t? that was 144€ she spent… What should she do now? could she continue with her own smaller motorcycle? should she at least complete the theory and search for another driving school? or is she generally unsuitable for it? In the end there is still a photo of her on the motorcycle that was given to her. Would I look forward to advice
