As we have already written, we had a problem with the automatic system (we refused to switch sporadically, only after restarting again). Car was replaced by the “friendly”… signaling device, everything resettled…everyday picked up, 300 euros. Today, driving 15min, suddenly the engine runs out while driving in the 3rd gear. Again fault diagnosis, reporting pressure drop in the gearbox sporadically. “there we have to do a guided diagnosis again” or something like that…” but they didn’t do it yesterday?”. …”Yes, but that can be a completely different mistake that only occurs by fixing the other mistake” They suggested the first time, that the exchange of the signaling device was also rather a shot in the blue. My question, however, is less technical in nature but how to deal with something like this? I don’t want to give up a half dozen times the car for 2 days now and leave 300 euros every time until they hit the black, but also doesn’t know what the alternatives are. are, apparently, cars have become somehow fucking complicated. But in the past one seemed to see if something is broken (the pressure drop has to have a reason) and not to hang over the software from part to part. How does that look legally, do I have any possibilities? Probably the exchange was completely overwhelming, but how do I prove it?
