Turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left.

Hello guys, I know this topic has already been mentioned here but I have a complicated special case. Had recently had a car accident after turning left in two bend lanes. Now a few details about the accident: I was in the right and the causer in the left turn lane to the left. We left in two parallel marked stripes and arrived at the road with four marked tracks. I was at turn before the causer ( 3-4 meters) and then (because I used a right turn lane) arrived at the second lane of the four-lane road. Now it crashed at my rear bumper from the left. On getting out the causer said that he was right to pick a track between the first two lanes on the four-lane road and I should actually arrive after turning at the third of the four-lane road. Since we are both currently in a lawsuit and the court stermi n in just a year, I wanted to hear your opinion on this case before. I would like to have a few StVO laws of you if any of you ever exist on this case. I also invite some photos to the accident site. Thank you for the help..
