V 6 TDI cylinder head damage

Hello, last Friday evening I drove my A 6 2.5 TDI Quattro 180 hp (190000 km) at normal speed 130 – 140 km/h. Suddenly the car did not react to the accelerator movement anymore and began to vibrate easily. I read the car and put it off immediately. I then got in touch with the Audi help. After about 25 minutes came the Audi emergency service. He came after a short diagnosis that possibly a injection nozzle had said goodbye. was then taken to the workshop at Audi. Since the Audi workshop is about 100 kilometers away from my home, I informed myself this morning what was broken with my car. Then the shock for me. Something broke off on a cylinder head, a new head has to be mounted (only the head € 1800). On the other cylinder head side the camshafts have entered and have to be renewed as well. Now my question, this can be with a diesel 190000 kilometers What should I do, I can believe the Audi mechanic. What would you do? I am very grateful about your opinions. Thank you very much Gruss Schweizer99
