Since I read here more often that the people do not seem taken seriously by the workshops, I would like to present here my thoughts on the topic of workshops. Everyone should remember that he does not appear as a petitioner (but as a customer, who has the claim to a fault-free product). Even if one does not know with cars so well, then one can nevertheless demonstrate self-consciousness. If a workshop tries to weigh down, then let the connections explain to you. Some people then very quickly in need of argument. All so-called explanations, which do not lead to the solution of the problem, fundamentally question. In any case, formulate defects in writing and, if necessary, have them countersigned (so that it is documented that you really mean it and have something in your hands later on). Furthermore, I am not married to my dealer, i.e. I can always go somewhere else if I am not satisfied with a service. And if someone comes to me stupid several times, then I ask the boss and tell him that I don’t feel taken seriously by his employees and think about changing the workshop. Because an entrepreneur gets a problem very quickly, if the customers run away. Because with the new cars is hardly to do business. For a car dealer the workshop is important! In the circle of acquaintances can surely also be found someone, who has a more technical idea. In this case, it is possible to take it with you as support. Last not least, there are also experts. They cost money, but the reference to an expert should also be good. And even if I really have to consult an expert, then it is still better than if I constantly get angry with a gross lack. And if the error is then corrected due to the expert report, I would charge the costs of the expert report of the workshop. h before the workshop has stated in writing that there is no shortage.
