Good evening together, this afternoon I had an experience with the law keepers, that I would like to describe briefly. My wife and I were shopping and for a short time I left the parking lot of the shopping center to make me on the way home. A few hundred meters later a guardian stopped me and taught me that a turning off from the parking lot in the public road traffic at this place is only allowed to the right, but I was turned off left, which is not disputed. I had to pay 10.-€, what I did under protest, but it doesn’t help anything … Now to my question: If I turn wrong from a non-public parking lot to a public road, the police have the right to pursue something like that at all, because the “error” happened on a groundbreaking ground, which was not public, but leased by the center.
