ZZR 1100 C frame paint and more…

Hello biker friends. now it’s time. after a long break I venture to my zzr 1100 build year 91. I have to bring the bike from the ground up to the front. that means to overtake all beauty works except the motor (runs top). the thick one is already well disassembled. there is still the swing with the wheel, the curvature position, cooler system, fork with front wheel, and the motor that it was then already. everything else is off. the rest follows gradually. a workshop manual I’ve been worried about having good tools, but I’m not sure how to disassemble everything and then I can’t get the whole thing together safely. I can barely balance such a motor without any help. I might want to have swings and rims of powder coating. also a super-bike.kit stahlflex etc. have your experience whether there can be problems with fitting? or should I have polishing? I’m really insecure. is polished non-care intensisi at the end, the cladding and fender 2-colour, in any case black as the main colour, should be painted. I leave that to be done by a specialist workshop. the frame makes me worry! since I have started with the grinding work on the frame (didn’t have light lacquers and because of age), I don’t know if and how to paint it. better of course from a company but I didn’t want to expand the engine now because I miss the possibilities. the paint is in one place nice smooth down so that it could also look polished. but I have already read that the self polishing should be a sour work and in the finish is not optimal. there probably only my 1st idea and look helps: the frame should be black, the bike should become a mixture of black with alu. should I spray the whole or do with the brush? which paint could it be? I would also be satisfied with matt-black, clear varnish doesn’t have to be I’m really very clever, it’s not my first bike. years ago I made such a gpz “clear”, except for frame but. I also want to repair the motor a little bit. I’ll probably take a heat-resistant paint that I’ll probably use for the curvature system. of course, everything is neatly glued off. …but, I’m grateful for every tip or experience worth doing better. with raised hand greeting, biker toni. 😉 PS: as a plant times a picture w As I found, but the model was the frame, I imagine.
