I want to convert my Alfa 156 2.0 Ts to liquefied gas. Is there ever the possibility to upgrade a 2.0TS. Has the engine hardened valve seats and valves. Because these are basic prerequisites for a conversion.Because the combustion of gas generates higher temperatures in the combustion chamber than gasoline.(Individual cooling is missing by gasoline.) In my Alfa workshop nobody could give me any information about it. They just smiled and expressed the opinion, who drives an Alfa with petrol or diesel. My answer to that! Gasoline yes but a diesel belongs on a vibrating plate and not in an Alfa… I cannot imagine that a car what is produced in Italy can not be converted to gas. Please write me on this topic
