Hello dear forists and interested professionals! I just wanted to buy a battery maintenance loader to prevent the batteries from perishing a little over the winter with the resting sweethearts. The market of maintenance loaders is large and confusing. There are brands like Cetek, which are omnipresent in the advertising, while looking closely and reading the product reviews rather of modest quality at high price. One of my central wishes was a WiFi connection of the charging system. The batteries are supposed to tell their traffic jams via the browser or app. Since I found this in the present time an obvious function, I searched for such a device, but found nothing on the European market. In the USA there are two devices, one of Deltran (manufacturer of the well-known Battery Tender devices) and one of DieHard (old-established manufacturer of car batteries) The Deltran works rather unreliable according to tests on YouTube, but works with 110 and 230V. The device from DieHard makes a much better impression, but runs only on 110V. Of course, you could operate it with a voltage converter. I would have no problem with this, but wanted to ask in the round whether anyone can recommend a smart maintenance loader with WiFi connectivity on the European market. I find it almost curious that such a product does not seem to have arrived on the European market yet. I am looking forward to tips and if necessary experience.
