Hello, I bought a used car from a dealer at the beginning of February. I (or he) also completed a package car guarantee at “GGG”. Now the following defects have appeared to me at the car. The car had allegedly an accident according to my mechanic. mudguard at the front left was repainted, driver’s door is somewhat standing off and at high water pressure (washing system, pressure cleaner) water runs into the car (but not at normal rain). Probably due to the “accident” the axle also has w The damage is no longer bad for my mechanic, an axle measurement and adjustment and the adjustment of the driver’s door on the hinges should correct the defects. The car was sold clearly as UNFALLFREE. How should I proceed now? Since the component “axes” is covered in the warranty scope, I wanted at least to have the axle adjustment fixed via the used car warranty. I don’t know about it, but if it only costs a few euros, I would also pay it from my own pocket. Nevertheless, the matter of fraud remains, if it was really an accident and not a bagatelle. Of course, this can only be judged by an expert, with of course costs coming to me first. Can someone give me advice on how to proceed? Thank you and greeting Uska
