Deficiencies in the second-hand purchase WITHOUT test drive

Hello jurists among you, I just have a problem: Yesterday my girlfriend sold your old Corsa, who already has a few quirks. The buyer had it very quickly, did not make a test drive but only let the engine run and otherwise rely on the judgement of his friend (obv. KfZ-Mechaniker…). Today the guy calls quite upset and complains that something is broken on the exhaust (in fact the crack seal is a bit leaky). He wants now that we dew Now my question: What do I have to do? In my opinion, the buyer has “purchased as seen” (it is also so in the purchase contract), and this deficiency has been noticeable at the time of engine running and, secondly, if he does not do a test drive, he is himself to blame. If someone knows something about it, I am grateful for every tip!
