Hey dear fellows, I have a few questions for you guys who don’t break your neck without really having a clue (like some colleagues in the car yard in the evening) . Well here are my questions 1.) If I don’t put in my steering time interruption (after 4.5 hours) too late so assumed only after 5 hours 5 min. ; or but my daily driving time (of 9 or 10 hours) exceeded, how do I do this with a digital recording device ? Let’s say that the given circumstances should be written on the expression of the respective day (e.g. traffic jam/full lock with stagnant traffic), since one of you has experiences like this is treated in controls, are the officials agree with this procedure or is no penalty mitigation applied here ???2.) There is as we all know in the digital recording device the function “Out of Scope”. Can someone tell me when I can use this function ? Is it right that you can use this function on private closed terrains without the driving or working hours that occur there when checking the police/BAG? 3.) Something basic still: What happens if I remove my driver card from the recording equipment and a colleague on the premises (e.g. to refuel) moves my vehicle without inserting his card? Is this driving time stored on my card when I am the next one to enter the card in the guesses put in, or how is this time booked by the device ??? I thank you in advance for your suggestions and tips – I am looking forward to the answers
