I installed a 4-channel power amplifier from Carpower Monacor and snapped the sub on 2-channels. In spring, maybe new riot bags should be in the front, currently it is the serial speakers. Since I now still have 2 high-quality Y-distributor cables, 2 free power stage channels and the possibility to set the input level at the power stage separately for each 2 channels and still have 10m speaker cable left I wanted to temporarily hang the speakers to the power stage to filter the bass frequencies n and to increase the dynamics a bit (at “silent” volume levels, as I usually have the bass is far too dominant because the amplifier of course pumps more than the radio), by the controller for the input level they should probably cope with it. Now one wants to make life as easy as possible, of course, the ISO plug on the radio would like to leave as it is and after possibility also no new cables pull. So it would be somehow possible by e.g. luscious clamps simply the jewe ildy cables for the two front boxes from the Iso plug and to extend them comfortably to the power stage? Wouldn’t it be temporary for the winter, how can you do it best? And, as I said 10m cable from the subwoofer installation is left, however, are 2.5 cable, can I use the for the speakers or can one extend the thin original cable with this significantly stronger cable at all? Would be really grateful for tips and help so that I can still get on it, bev or it is really winter then *schauder*. EDIT: Must still mention, it is an Astra F, since the boxes with such an ISO box are fixed in the door and without much effort it does not work so easily, therefore the idea with the extension of the cable, because the ISO plug for example also the remote from the power amplifier hangs with it and I did not necessarily want to screw the half car apart.
