Hello, I have a question about a case with me in the street. It is a dispute whether it is a property access (because of parking) or not. The entrance or the supposed street parking is located directly on the road (and still in front of the barrier area) and leads only to a walkway and the house entrance of an apartment house, so no parking spaces or the entrance to an underground car park. I do not know why there is a driveway. According to StVO, this is a property entrance, since ambulances etc have to be able to drive up (which is total nonsense, because the front door is only a few meters away from the road..). What do you mean, such a “fake” entrance is nevertheless considered a property entrance without any sense and the area before it has to be kept free? Thanks already! LG Triple
