Loudspeakers don’t work

Hello people Drive an Audi A3 8P. Bj 2003 Have quite a mess with my sound system. Have standard 6 speakers in the car, 4 front and 2 rear. My radio is a Sony. Problem #1 I read as soon as you connect another radio, then the rear two speakers no longer work.. and an active system adapter makes the whole thing work again. However, since I am a layman in this field, I don’t know which adapter I need. Problem #2 Additionally have I built a subwoofer. (A Cyclone V12, if that’s relevant). I’ve been in it for half a year and I’ve been running like a one. However, this week I had to take it out because I had to curb and therefore needed the car. Then yesterday the woofer put in the trunk, everything connected as usual.. The radio left on and then came out of the right front speaker at the door a crackling noise, the radio beeps and the message “Offset” appeared on the display. Since then I came in. If I turn on the radio and the two front speakers on the right side remain silent. The Cinchcable at Woofer has since then wobble contact Listen to music from the two left-hand voder speakers currently. So it’s urgent .. Thank you for the answers, If you need more details, then biite write, LG Mikey
