Hey have the following problem with a Nissan Almera DCI built in 2000. Recently when driving, the engine suddenly went off and has not started since. When the ignition is switched on, the symbol of this engine block lights up permanently in orange. Motor just doesn’t start as always. Is it a serious problem or, as I suspect, just a clogged fuel filter???? From my two other diesel cars I know a small kind of hand pump, which is directly in the engine compartment with this pump enough fuel could be pumped into the filter again…. Unfortunately I found last night neither the filter nor this pump. If there is something like that there is and where is this filter. MFG Carisma DID
