Hello community, unfortunately I found nothing on the website of DriveNow (or maybe I’m too stupid and have read it out) as it is with parking damage. And this as a concrete example: I borrow a car and later place it properly and within the park zone quite normally and finish my journey and go away. Now another can rent the car. In the time (between my rent and that of the new) the parked car is damaged by a stranger (Parkrem The new tenant now reports the damage to DriveNow before he starts. Who is responsible for it now? I did not do the damage, do I have to pay the damage now? SB are 350,– Euro. Can someone explain me? If a private car is a private car it would actually be so… but it is really stupid. And unfortunately you can’t lower the SB to 0,– Euro. Find here should improve DriveNow! Thanks for your help! Answers
