Hello community, a few months ago I bought and built in a JBL subwoofer and a power amplifier with 250W RMS each. Over time I noticed that the light is flickering so strongly in the low tones that the light bulbs of the dipped-beam run through regularly. I looked around and came across solutions such as an additional battery and capacitor. Finally, I chose a capacitor to hopefully fix my problem. current selection refers to the “Crunch CR-1000 PowerCap 1 F” (Amazon). Do you think that this is enough and what is good for you? Do you have a better suggestion? I also have the question which cables I need for this. As far as I have understood this I need a thick and short plus cable and a mass cable. The capacitor should then apparently be connected between battery and power stage. Is that right? Which cable set can you recommend, which is so good tig as possible. Best regards!
