Punto 1 – Is it still worth it for him?

Hello! At the moment I am a bit unsure about my Punto (55S, year 97). Therefore I would like to ask you for advice: The Punto currently has 146 000 down and is actually still driving quite well. But the devil is in the detail: 1)Stoss dampers were last time presented by the TÜV as not so good. They meant that these should be changed times. So I do not know if I come over the next TÜV (in one year). 2)The brake hoses are porous. 3)In front of the front exhaust pipe the holder is rusted and this first part already depends on it, because the holder is off. Can it be welded? 4)The catalyst is already rusting from the housing or the housing already has holes, which have been partly welded. What do you say about it? 5) The valve play from the engine has never been adjusted (but I will soon make it when I keep the car). 6) The car has rust in some places: e.g. rear axle carriers, underbody, engine carriers or what that is… but apparently rather superficial. And until the rusted through, it still takes a bit, right? 7) Soon the drum brakes will be due at the running performance. Do you think it is worth it again to finish (how much does it cost about?Does it pay if you imagine the current value of the car?) or should I rather sell the car? What is reasonable about rust or technical problems and where will the TÜV not give me a badge?
