Hello, I am currently driving a 964 cabrio and would like to switch to a 996 in the next few months. My Probelm is that I read about ATMs very often at 996. My question: Why do so many engines break in the 996? What does an ATM cost? I asked the PZ once. They said that Porsche has no Probelms with the engines. What else do I have to pay attention to at the 996 purchase? BJ changes, etc. With my 964 the only thing that could lead to an engine damage, except ke in ÖL, a broken distributor.
